The Fool (also known as the Seeker):

As Card 0, the Fool lies at the beginning of the major arcana, but also somewhat apart from the other cards. In medieval courts, the court jester was someone who was not expected to follow the same rules as others. He could observe and then poke fun. This makes the Fool unpredictable and full of surprises. He reminds us of the unlimited potential and spontaneity inherent in every moment. There is a sense with this card that anything goes – nothing is certain or regular. The Fool adds the new and unfamiliar to a situation.
The Fool also represents the complete faith that life is good and worthy of trust. Some might call the Fool too innocent, but his innocence sustains him and brings him joy. In readings, the Fool can signal a new beginning or change of direction – one that will guide you onto a path of adventure, wonder and personal growth. He also reminds you to keep your faith and trust your natural responses. If you are facing a decision or moment of doubt, the Fool tells you to believe in yourself and follow your heart no matter how crazy or foolish your impulses may seem.
The Devil:

The Devil is the card of self-bondage to an idea or belief which is preventing us from growing—an example could include believing that getting drunk each night is good for you. On the other hand, however, it can also be a warning to someone who is too restrained and/or dispassionate and never allows him or herself to be rash or wild or ambitious, which is yet another form of enslavement.
The Devil is the 15th card of the Major Arcana, and is associated with earth and Capricornus. Though many decks portray a stereotypical Satan figure for this card, it more accurately represents our bondage to material things rather than any evil persona. It also indicates an obsession or addiction to fulfilling our own earthly base desires. Should the Devil represent a person, it will most likely be one of money and power, one who is persuasive, aggressive, and controlling. In any case, it is most important that the Querent understands that the ties that bind are freely worn, and you are only enslaved if you allow the abuse to go on.
The Sorceress:

The Queen of Wands draws attention to the qualities of creativity, loyalty, intuition, hard work and commitment. These positive characteristics either become more developed in you or are brought to you through contact with an individual with these qualities.
The Queen is a powerful sorceress mixing an alchemical brew. Behind her is a quilt denoting her artistic skill and meditative qualities. To her right is her black cat sitting under a harvest moon and an autumn tree with golden leaves of words. The queen is not only creative but is also a transformative force for others. Scattered on her table are charms, a talisman, a bag of Runes and a Tarot deck displaying the Queen of Wands card. The Queen of Wands is an archetypal image who lives within each of us and stokes our creative fires.
When God gives you lemons, make lemonade.
